Tom Stinchfield

Co-Founder

Chief Development Officer

As a multi-instrumental musician, Tom’s experience in entertainment and events began at an early age. It took root in 2010 when he became a Promoter and Production Coordinator for Rose Presents, promoting and producing countless major festivals such as Vans Warped Tour.

Shortly after moving to New York City in 2012, Tom brought his talents in creative marketing and event production to the CPG space where he led Brand Experience for an international CPG company. Tom built an in-house creative agency to service the company’s brands, forged lasting relationships with countless partners such as Disney, Madison Square Garden, and Instagram, and was instrumental in the ~$1B sale of the company.

Tom has gone on to become partner and Vice President of Client Service at the acclaimed creative and experiential marketing agency, Mirrorball, and a pioneer in the creative entertainment space.

Kevin Heaton

Co-Founder

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Heaton began his career as an investment advisor at Merrill Lynch and is now founder and principal of i3. He is well-respected in his field, contributing numerous publications to Forbes, Business News Daily, MSN Money, and US News and World Report. Since the company’s founding in 2007, he has grown i3 into a team of highly-regarded associates.

i3 is a boutique private asset management and family CFO office that has long provided HNW families access to information, an infrastructure to support and manage complex needs, and investment options for capital placement. As the initial strategic investor in Does, i3 provides back office and CFO services under cost, eliminating the need to spend valuable resources on development in these areas.

In addition to back office and CFO services as a vendor, i3 will provide access to unique opportunities through long-standing relationships with the families it services.
